1. Definitions

• App/Website: The ICCXX mobile application (available for iOS and Android) and the website, through which Users can rent power banks.
• Payment Provider: Multisafepay, the third party responsible for processing payments on behalf of ICCXX.
• Deposit: A refundable deposit of €15, required at the start of renting a power bank.
• User: Anyone who uses the ICCXX application via the App/Website.
• Hub: An automated rental station for power banks, managed by ICCXX.
• Rental Transaction: The agreement automatically formed between ICCXX and the User.
• ICCXX: ICCXX B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Power Bank: A portable charging device (8000 mAh, with USB-C and Lightning cables).

2. Applicability

Article 2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all rental transactions between ICCXX and Users.

Article 2.2 The User agrees to these Terms once during account registration. The Terms are available via https://iccxx.nl/algemene-voorwaarden/.

Article 2.3 ICCXX reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be published via the App or https://iccxx.nl.

Article 2.4 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Rental Process

Article 3.1 To execute a rental transaction, the User scans a QR code on an ICCXX hub. If not registered, the User creates an account via Apple, Google, or email.

The User then pays a refundable deposit and rental fees via contactless payment methods.

Article 3.2 After payment, the hub releases a power bank within 5 seconds for a maximum rental period of 24 hours.

Article 3.3 Multiple power banks can be rented simultaneously per account, subject to availability.

4. Payment and Costs

Article 4.1 Rental fees vary by location and hub and are transparently displayed in the App/Website.

Article 4.2 A refundable deposit is required. Rental fees are deducted upon return, and the remainder is refunded within up to 48 hours.

Article 4.3 Payments are processed via Multisafepay using the following methods:

• Apple Pay
• iDEAL
• Mastercard
• Visa
• Google Pay
• Sofort

Article 4.4 Rental details and invoices can be viewed and downloaded via the App/Website.

Article 4.5 No additional costs are charged after 24 hours, except forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Return Policy

Article 5.1 Power banks can be returned to any ICCXX hub in the Netherlands.

Article 5.2 Returns within 24 hours result in partial deposit refunds. After 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

Article 5.3 The power bank remains ICCXX property and must always be returned.

6. User Obligations

Article 6.1 The User must use the power bank carefully and only for charging devices.

Article 6.2 It is prohibited to modify, sabotage, or misuse the power bank or hub.

Article 6.3 Defects must be reported via support@iccxx.nl or by phone.

Article 6.4 The User remains responsible for returning the power bank.

7. Liability

Article 7.1 ICCXX is not liable for indirect damages unless caused by gross negligence.

Article 7.2 The User is liable for damage caused by misuse.

Article 7.3 ICCXX is not liable for force majeure.

8. Data Protection

Article 8.1 ICCXX collects minimal personal data necessary for rental transactions.

Article 8.2 Data is securely stored within the EU and retained for 7 years.

Article 8.3 Personal data is not shared with third parties.

Article 8.4 Data requests can be submitted via support@iccxx.nl.

9. Customer Service

Article 9.1 Support is available via app chat, email, or phone.

Article 9.2 ICCXX aims to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Article 9.3 Complaints are handled within 7 working days.

10. Termination and Suspension

Article 10.1 The rental ends upon return or automatically after 24 hours.

Article 10.2 ICCXX may suspend rentals in case of misuse.

Article 10.3 Obligations remain after termination.

Article 10.4 Accounts can be deleted via support@iccxx.nl.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Article 11.1 Dutch law applies.

Article 11.2 Disputes are submitted to the court in Amsterdam.

12. General Provisions

Article 12.1 These Terms apply to all rental transactions.

Article 12.2 Amendments are communicated via the App or Website.

Article 12.3 Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms.

Article 12.4 ICCXX may transfer its rights and obligations.

Article 12.5 Communication is conducted via app, email, or phone.
